Path Behavioral Healthcare: Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program

Path Behavioral Healthcare is excited to announce new programming for Substance Use Disorder to assist people within their recovery journey. Our programming will serve adolescents and adults by meeting each person where they are individually within their recovery process. Path Behavioral Healthcare is invested in assisting persons suffering with Substance Use Disorder and we are dedicated in assuring we are being empathic and understanding. We wish to assist by allowing the client to guide their treatment and will provide the following interventions:

Interventions:

Abstinence Based Treatment

This approach focuses on helping individuals achieve and maintain complete abstinence from substance use. It involves various therapeutic strategies and support systems to help clients stop using substances altogether.

Harm Reduction Treatment

Harm reduction aims to minimize the negative consequences associated with substance use. It acknowledges that stopping use might not be immediately achievable for everyone, so it focuses on reducing harm through safer practices and moderated use.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT):

MAT combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide a "whole-patient" approach to treating substance use disorders. This treatment is primarily used for opioid and alcohol use disorders.
